About SuperGrades!

My Personal SuperGrades!™ Story

Hi, I'm Danny Brundage, founder of SuperGrades. As parents, we all have family and friends whose children have had challenges in school. Here's my personal story and why I developed SuperGrades:

In 2003, I learned that my niece in middle school was having a difficult time adjusting to her new environment. Her grades were suffering and she was frustrated. This was a challenge close to home. I quickly identified the problem. My niece had never learned the basic "how to" skills — how to study and how to learn. When she encountered the more demanding environment of middle school, she did not have the essential tools she needed to succeed.

So I searched for an existing program that would develop these skills. I was surprised and disappointed to discover that the middle-school age population was seriously underserved in the learning skills category, and what did exist was either too broad, ineffective or very expensive.

I knew that I could apply the computer-based learning techniques I had used in business to help solve this problem. I organized a team of academicians, middle school teachers and counselors, instructional designers and computer animators to develop a program that could give students these essential skills. In February 2007, the Clarity team unveiled SuperGrades!™ — The Power Secrets of Learning™.

Today, I am proud that SuperGrades! is changing the way a student studies and learns. SuperGrades combines instruction, practice and real world classroom experience into a powerful learning program that produces a big impact on the way students perform in school — and with results you can measure in weeks — guaranteed. Your student will have more confidence, better grades and skills to last a lifetime!

SUCCESS STORIES

"The homework in 7th grade is a lot more and more challenging - balancing all that is trickier than last year — more projects and double the homework. You really have to balance your time. Erica uses the bulletin board and calendar to plan out her projects, which has really made a big difference.

I already told a couple of teacher friends about it."
 — Melanie, Parent of 7th Grade Student
"I got my grades a few weeks ago and I made high honors!"
 — Erica, 7th Grade Student
"I was struggling with English and I am doing much better in essay writing now. The tools have helped me a lot, especially the chart and web making tools and transition words. I am always using them in my essay writing now.

I never liked to read very much (I just hated it); now I'm getting to like it and find it more fun and interesting."
 — Kirsten, 8th Grade Student
